Around 4,500 people visited tourist information offices in May

The three tourist information offices in the municipality of Santiago del Teide received about 4,500 visits during the month of May.

The tourist information office in Playa de La Arena recorded around 2,000 visitors, the new office in Los Gigantes recorded 1355 visitors and the office in Santiago del Teide 1100

The nationalities of the visitors are mainly English and German but also a good number of French, Italian and Scandinavian.

The main questions asked by the tourists are advice on places to visit, maps, trails, and brochures.
