SATURDAY 1st DECEMBER

20:00 – Los Gigantes Plaza. Sr. Alcalde Juan Damián Gorrin Ramos and Members of Santiago del Teide Lion’s Club oversee the switching on of the Christmas illuminations and the Tree of Lights.

FROM THE 26th NOVEMBER UNTIL THE 18th DECEMBER

Painting competition titled “Town Commerce” which is aimed at the students from the schools around Santiago del Teide.

 

SUNDAY 9th DECEMBER

31ST SANTIAGO DEL TEIDE CRAFT Exhibition.  An exhibition of works from the XV1Photographic and Painting Competition entitled “Corners of Santiago del Teide”

Canaries Folklore Groups Street parade at 12.00 and at 5pm through Los Gigantes.

THURSDAY 13th DECEMBER

Carol singing from 7pm In the Plaza Vigilia, Puerto Santiago with the Folklore School of Santiago del Teide.

 

FRIDAY 14th DECEMBER

From 5pm until 8pm. FIESTA FRIDAY. Bouncy castle and music. In the Asemteide Centre, Playa de la Arena.

 

SATURDAY 15th DECEMBER

6pm - Plaza Vigilia. Lions Club Christmas Fayre.

Paella, wine and hot chestnuts.  Live music from 21:00

From 8pm Sports Gala in the Pancracio Sports Complex.

TUESDAY 18th DECEMBER

4.30pm “SHARING IS LIFE” 7TH Annual food, games and toy collection

With –Interactive games area (Wii, Play Station and Karaoke) Fun Football and Bouncy Castle in the Pabolión Casco, Santiago del Teide.

7pm Carol Singing from the Folklore School of Santiago del Teide in the Plaza Buganvilla Los Gigantes.

Saturday 17th of November
9am Opening with an exhibition of photos of Los Gigantes, from the past.
9:15am An open doors day for the Adventure and Leisure businesses. They can exhibit their various services during the day, giving discounts and prizes.
9:30am Entertainment with “Rocódromo and Tirolina.
10:00 -12:00 Fire fighting equipment exhibition.
12:00 Exhibition of Key rings
12:00 The start of the 15km Kayak race from Los Gigantes.
12:30pm Exhibition of wallet and bag making
5pm Stilts and tricycles on the street.
5:30pm Origami and paper models.
6:00pm Exhibition of marine animal, all made from recycled waste.
6:00pm Musical bands performing in the marina and on the beach road.

The Lions Club – Santiago del Teide – Grand Benefit Dinner – Sat 24th Nov

The Lions Club – Santiago del Teide in collaboration with with Santiago del Teide – Social Services Department are organising a Grand Benefit Dinner at The Hotel Costa Los Gigantes on Saturday 24th November at 7.30 pm in favour of the Santiago del Teide Lions Club Charity Funds. The proceeds from the event will go towards supporting local families in the present times of great need. Tickets for the Dinner are priced at 20 euros each & include the excellent sit down buffet & half a bottle of wine per person.
Top Class Entertainment is also included & there will be a Grand Raffle during the evening with great prizes donated by local businesses. Dress code for the evening will be smart casual.

This event is part of the ongoing support that Santiago del Teide Lions Club give to the neediest local families throughout the year.
