  • Martini used to be Sauco in Varadero opposite the Barcelo Varadero Hotel.
    Went last night ,table for four. Fantastic sunset with excellent food, Reasonable money.
    Run by Emillio who used to have Azafran.

  • Interesting to read of yet another restaurant changing hands. We visited Sauco in March and were planning a return visit next month. If Emilio is in charge, I'm sure the food will be good, assuming he has brought the chef from Azafran with him. Who is running Azafran now then? - it's hard to keep up!

  • Chiquita, they do a full range of Pasta Pizza's and all the grilled meats. A full selection.
