  • They are on Trip Advisor too, the food is great, I would recommend it, but beware the €2 a pint is only applicable to downstairs.

  • Unfortunately i have to agree Janey, after six weeks I was glad to go home to some decent food, the chicken, carrots and chips in Los gigs all taste like roadkill, in fact most of the veg does! seems such a shame. I would rather see more Canarian food  served by locals than a scene from Blackpool promenade.
It is bad enough listening to Flipper Uno the pirate imitation boat depart, there is a stupid woman screaming and shouting then a blast of hey magdalena or whatever playing, a bit like Magaluf on a good day.
Yours Mr Grumpy today, its raining, bahhh humbug.

PS, I will accept the German bar down by the harbour, serves an exellent Konig Pilsner ;D

  • there are plent of places that do FRESH veg as well, & decent chicken & Canarian Fayre etc etc - just 'shop around' as you would do at home. It's all about choice & unfortunatley many people still like their hols but with 'pub grub' thrown in.

  • I have eaten in Paddy´s Lounge on quite a few occasions & the food is outstanding, it is now my favourite restaurant in LG´s for quailty, quantity & value!! Also they do have fresh veg not like a lot of the other places around.

  • You don't have to go far from Los Gigantes to find some good places to eat, El Estero, Edu's, Casa Pepe, and Sauco to begin with, but you won't find, burgers and the " full english " there. But each to their own, be boring if we all liked the same thing, shame to come all this way and not try anything different.

  • We were up in Highland Paddy restaurant a couple of weeks ago. The manageress was rude and had such a bad attitude. The menu was very limited and we stayed only for our over priced drinks. Never again will we cross their doorstep.
