  • Just returned to the UK after 3 weeks in L.G.Greatly enjoyed both the holiday and also revisiting some of the restaurants in the area. First time my family and I have been to C.K's since Craig and Sam have taken it over. We thought we would give it a try and ended up going there 5 times! Superb Sunday lunches and Craig's fillet steak ( with pepper sauce!) is truly the best steak we have ever eaten in either Tenerife or the UK. Nothing too much trouble for everyone working at C.K's. If you have'nt eaten in C.K's then you are missing a treat!

You will find CK's in the alley from Los Gigantes Square which leads up to the Bamboo bar (just up the hill from the Los Gigantes Hotel)

  • For good steak, try Varadero II in Puerto Santiago.  Excellent and great value for money with special menus.

  • Note to "awkward eaters" like us ... CK's is now our favourite restaurant ... we are currently following a vegan diet which is of course a challenge anywhere Spanish, but Craig is a wonderful chef and has made us some truly scrumptious meals ... looking forward to September ...

  • I'm really pleased to hear that CK's is back on the eatery radar.  We used to go there fairly regularly as it was always good value and honest food - but 2 years ago we brought our parents out to show off LG to them and took them there to eat.  The food and service were absolutely terrible and put us off - so we've not been back since.  After reading all these good reports on here about how it is now under new ownership, we'll definitely be giving it a whirl this year.

  • We've just returned from another idyllic 2 weeks in Los Gigantes and can happily report that CK's is well and truly back to normal.  We ate there 4 times during our holiday and every meal was excellent.  Craig and Samantha are doing a fantastic job at putting CK's very firmly back on a great place to eat out in Los Gigantes map.  They are so enthusiastic about their restaurant and so friendly and welcoming it makes you feel like you're eating with old friends. Craig you are a perfectionist when it comes to food and it is paying dividends.  My son was lucky to be invited to try out Craig's new recipe of Madras Curry (which was a trial and not on the menu yet) - and being a major curry connoisseur he said it was definitely one of the best curries he'd ever tasted.  The Sunday roast was on a par with my nan's and that is an honour indeed!!  Proper Yorkshire puds - scrummy!!  We also appreciated the really excellent produce used in all your meals - perfectly cooked fresh vegetables every time and salad so fresh it was as if it had just been harvested.

I can, with hand on heart, highly recommend this restaurant (and did so to everyone we came into contact with while there).

Well done Craig and Samantha, we wish you every success and we look forward to our next mouthwatering meal at your lovely restaurant.  xx
