The Audiencia Nacional has confirmed the nullification of the redundancy notices issued by Ryanair to it's staff in the Canaries. Ryanair is required to reemploy the employees immediately under the same conditions that applied before their services were terminated and to reimburse lost wages. It'll be interested to se if Ryanair complies and what happens if they don't.
