Old Batteries

Please, bearing in mind that expired/old batteries for alarms,radios, torches are quite common,is there a location that will take them?  There used to be a shop near me but apparently the collection has been discontinued.   Help, please.  Anywhere in Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago or Playa da le Arena. San Juan at a stretch.

Lidl in Puerto Santiago accepted them last time I was there, it was pre-lock down though. On the left on the way in.
