The position in the square should have been ideal for a nice restaurant - sadly Asturias wasn't.

However, Mary, why don't you head up a consortium of Los Gigantes Forum members to open up and run such a restaurant ? - would you like to be in the kitchen or a head waitress.  Georgie could be front of house and all forum members participating would benefit to the tune of Ä1 meal discount.

All those in favour say "aye"

Yes had my worst meal there ever, probably about fifteen years ago and it put me right off. I would imagine that a prime location like that would command huge rents so whoever took it on it would be a big gamble.

Couldnít be a waitress in a professional capacity, do it home for free with the option of take it or leave it.
Deffo not kitchen I couldnít stand the heat so would have to get out 😜 dare not mention the G word as half the forum still thinks itís a real person like Santa.

There are people working/ refurbing in there at moment.
Someone said that the restaurant who had taken over the flamingo site next to Bamboo, are also going to run the Asturias site. But it won't be open for Christmas.

Lidl bread and smoke salmon are excellent
