Has anybody noticed that the Eateries are slowly being taken/run by the Chinese community here in LG/Arena/PS  often the staff are the same, but the cooking and taking the money are by Chinese folk.

I know El Timon was purchased by the Chinese, when did they buy Blue Martin.

Casa Pepe's and blue Martini are owned by the same family they keep on all the staff.
