I am looking for flights to  come over next week and they seem to be really expensive.  Looking to fly from stanstead or luton .  I dont get it, is there something going on in tenerife at the mo to up the flight costs.  Even if you leave it until the day before they still seem expensive.  This never used to be the case, you could always get a bargin somewhere.  any ideas.

  • if you can go from newcastle its only 'a3115 return inc. taxes!!!  22/6 1 week. thats on airflights!  day time flights aswell, just a  bit of a trip from luton - although its worth it - lovely people up here!

you do get better deals if you book in advance, the later it is the dearer it is thesedays!  i think the airlines got wise to everyone leaving the bookings until last minute to get the best deals.

try travelsupermarket.com for 'single tickets', thats pretty good!

  • Yes if you take the government tax off which we dont control the fares are still not bad. There has been a lot of consolidations this year so there is less availability :)
