  • Has anyone over the last few days had any probs with the signal dropping out. I live on a complex in the Santiago area & we have been told by the administrators that it is affecting the whole area. It has been like this for the last 4 days, dropping out & then coming back on a few hours later, with the error message 'no signal - antennae fault' or words similar. My friend lives in Santiago and recieves her TV via her own dish & has not been affected. All channels are down, Italian, Russian, French, UK, Spanish etc etc

  • YES DOWN HERE IN LOSGIGANTES  WE ARE LOOSING PICTURE IT COMES AND GOES  WE ARE PICKING UP FROM THE GOMERA SIGNAL  HOPE IT SORTS ITS SELF FOR CHRISTMAS VEIWINGS  ITS BEEN OFF AND ON THIS AFTERNOON  SO FINGHERS CROSSED

  • Thanks - we don't even have picture - we have nothing at all just the error message. Yesterday it came back about 6'ish (I think)

  • TURN IT ALL OFF UNPLUG DIGBOX   + AREIL OUT  LEAVE A FEW MINS  THEN PUT AREIL IN 1ST THEN POWER  JUST GIVE IT A TRY  HOPE IT HELPS

  • thanks for your help but it's the whole complex that is off and 'they' are saying it's all of Santiago BUT I don't think that is the case, that is why I was asking if anyone else has been affected.
