  • Hi Suzy.

We were at the Barcelo last October and yes, you can get pool towels from reception. Hand them back in at the end of the day.

  • Hi Suzy.

Yes, it was the Barcelo Santiago we stayed at. They were at the end of a long refurbishment when we stayed so there were a few works still going on that occasionally caused problems. But nothing major. Very nice hotel, excellent food, and we loved the cava at breakfast, very civilised! Only drawback for us was air conditioning didn't cope with the heat so the room was always stifling.

There's a path runs along the cliffs between the hotel and Los Gigantes if you're feeling energetic - takes about 15 minutes. Or there's a hotel mini-bus goes every half hour or so - except on Tuesdays if I remember correctly.

We loved it and I'm sure you'll have a great time.

    Scott.
