  • we have 2 weeks timeshare at Las Rothas that we want to give away - any takers? your only cost will be the legal fees involved.  Anyone seriously interested let me know.

  • Speak with on-site rep.  He will price up and offer it for sale on site for sufficient to cover all your costs so you come out with zero balance.  These weeks are VERY VERY good for people wanting to get RCI points at reputable resort for a fraction of the normal price - and there is something to sell later. So, speak to the rep on site and save yourself a load of trouble.  I know as I did this a few years ago and it was so simple - having spent two years trying to offload.

  • Thanks for your reply. It sounds like they are in peak summer . We want Sept/oct or March but not easter. Good luck but the advice on board sounds good.

  • I get the idea that maintenance charges for timeshare are going through the roof. Is this the downside?
