Things going on

  • With only six weeks to go before we arrive. Just wondering about a few things.

Has the collapsed road been repaired?
    Has it got any busier?
    Is The Courtyard still open?
What night does The Bamboo have its quiz night?
Looking at how many bars that are for sale on LG harbour, are there any actually open.
And not sure if I am allowed to ask this, which is the best company to use for a taxi transfer from airport and back again.

Thanks from cold dark damp Manchester   xx

  • Not long to go now, so sorting out all the final arrangements.

Have had a look at Elmar Transfers and it appears its a shuttle bus. Does it stop at other resorts along the way or will it be straight down to LG?

If its a stopping service is there anyone who can recommend a private taxi transfer.

    Thanks in advance

  • As far as I know the service caters for El Varadero to Los Gigantes. However the company is based in San Juan so it may pick up and drop off in San Juan or Alcala.  Give them a call they speak very good English.  0034 922 865991

Beware of private taxi transfers.  They are totally illegal and you will not be covered on their insurance!
