  • It ranges from ?40 to ?50 depending on the driver!
I have always foud it cheaper to book a car through Auto Reisen.  They are just inside the airport baggage reclaim and are brilliant.  Reliable, good cars and if you book in advance, you can get a car for as litte as ?60 a week!

  • We pre booked Elmar and it was ?30 for a one way from airport to Puerto Santiago.   We did stop off at Los Cristianos and Calle Salvaje  so not a direct journey.

does this ?40 to ?50 still seem like the current price for one way?

coming over for New Year and car hire price is anywhere between ?220 to ?500 for a week, and El Mar quoting ?85 one way for 2 adults and a child.

    Anybody done the journey recently?

If Santiago don't have a big enough car, try Cicar in Puerto Santiago.  They have a good deal on a 7-seater Zafira at the moment.
