  • There seems to be a lot of confusion since the announcement that plastic residencia cards are no longer being issued to EC citizens residing in Spain, as to how or whether we can get residents discounts on flights entries to attractions and museums atc, but its interesting that Binter airlines seem to have covered the problem read more here http://www.diana-mcglone.com/#res
I would be really interested in hearing about locals experiences with this - have they been allowed or refused discounts anywhere and if so what were they told to provide to acredit the resident's status, cheers GiGi

  • I sent an enquiry to Loro Parque about what to bringto get discounted entrance fees and they replied

    Dear Diana,

Thanks for your mail. Concerning your question the best would be if you bring together with your British passport or Spanish drivers licence a copy of your ldblquote Certificado de empadronamientodblquote  from the Town hall of Puerto de Santiago, (Obviously this is for Stgo residents - others substitute your own town hall) so you wonquote t have any problems at the entrance.

I hope I could help you and wish you a nice time in LORO PARQUE.

    Best regards

    Katja Hahn
