  • I sent an email to the addresss I was given,and have not had a reply,I really do need to contact them,I suppose the problem possibly was it was not in Spanish,unless they were bothered to show it to someone who would understand my email...or are they so busy ,I need to be patient..!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Being facetious really shows how ignorant you are.......that is the second time..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please if there are anybody that could  tell me where they go to make a complaint when you have purchased something, that is not what it was sold as....somebody who like myself cannot speak spanish,there are many expats living there,what do they do.....

  • No I'm not ignorant.  Just occasionally, no, quite a lot actually, I get frustrated with Brits who think the whole world should communicate in English.  I live here in Tenerife and see examples of it on a regular basis.

    If you can't translate your complaint into Spanish via any of the free translation sites on the internet, then I suggest you send a private message via the forum to GiGI, she makes a living helping Brits with all problems associated with the language.  If you explain your problem clearly I'm sure she would do her best to help.
