  • Today at MERCADONA a resident of San Francisco had his wallet lifted out of his trouser pocket.
Whilst waiting at the veggie weighing scale he was gently bumped. Damage done.
If Iceland can have a security patrol why cannot MERCADONA ?
Not the first time this has happened I am led to believe.
    Makes cheap shopping dear.
    Be warned !

  • My 80 year old lady neighbour was robbed in Mercadona today.  Somebody asked her to reach something off a shelf for them.  Meanwhile someone else lifted her purse out of her bag.  It's the second time for her.  Last time somebody outside the post office asked her to show him directions on a map.  His accomplice then approached from behind and stole her purse.  Be warned!

  • They could do with a big sign at this supermarket - 'Beware
of Pick Pockets' in different languages.

Iceland need a security guard to protect the gold
    bullion prices.

Looking forward to Lidl opening - half the distance
    and maybe half the price...

  • A good friend of mine (in his eighties) had his wallet stolen in Mercadona yesterday (Friday).
Somebody jostled him while the accomplice took his wallet.
Its time Mercadona did something about security as it will only get worse as we approach Carnival.
