  • Well today is the end of yet another year and we once again will promise ourselves to do something good.
I wonder if we will have anything that will amuse and make us smile on these dark winter nights.
Personally i will do the normal by stopping smoking reduce my booze intake and lose weight.... but so will a million others but i will try and be good to Blackpool Bobby and the latest one Judge Dread. Oh and of course keep the banter with all the Grockles going .
Wishing you all a happy and pleasant 2007 and hope you all get what you most want.
Lets see were we go!! Regards Seb

  • I'm going to find out once and for all what that mysterious bird is that flies around at night singing "that's the way to do it".   Maybe I could catch one???

Now off out for a good meal, plenty of vino tinto and then to the square in Los G to watch the fireworks and have more of .......

Sincere good wishes to all the contributors to the forum for a healthy and peaceful 2007, stuff the resolutions, life is definitely too short ;D ;D ;D

  • Well, got up very late today (almost afternoon !) but the sun was shining and the rooks very noisy. Have been out in the garden in jeans and tee shirt sweeping up the Autumn leaves ! Perhaps it is not too bad over here ?
New Year's Resolutions ? - to dust off that old bicycle and extract it from the darkest corner of the garage yet again ! Perhaps I will wait as it is almost enjoyable from April through to September. Have to watch the Tour de France again from the armchair.
April ? oh yes, grockle holiday time again. Might see some of you then ?
Very best wishes to all my virtual friends, you are much appreciated as I haven't got any real ones. A Happy 2007 to you all. Live long and prosper.
