Thanks Iris for your support, I am an owner of the gym and would just like to say that we had 2 working treadmills one brand new, both treadmills were misused by visiting hotel guests, unfortunately both at the same time, we tried daily to get a replacement or repair person out, we were on the phone everyday for some assistance, I suppose we have to get used to how things are on the island, we knew the bikes were playing uop a bit so ordered 2 new ones, they took 3 months to arrive from mainland Spain! But now installed.
I am upset that Hope has said that we do not know what we are doing
We revamped that gym and spent a fortune, we have reception staff on at all times and all equipment has been cleaned and maintained and a personal trainer is available, all the other numerous equipment are fine, just unfortunate that the cardio let us down, which was not our fault and we did everything we could to rectify, so I feel the comments are unfair.
I have not used this forum before, a friend told me about the comment and I felt it only fair to point out that we really are not uncaring or unprofessional, we inherited the gym which must stay and we have done our best, our treatment rooms are superb and we have over 40 luxurious therapies which are discounted to residents.
We are nice people and we offer a gym daily rate of only 4.50 per person that includes use of the hotels heated swiming pools and a lounger set in tropical gardens..................if anyone knows a treadmill expert please send him our way!
