  • Hi, Can anyone help with info on guided walks to Masca? I have found a forum on it on this website but it dates back to 2007. From what I can gather there are guided walks on a Thursday with a guy called Hans. Does anyone know if they are still on offer as in the four years since the posting on the forum they may have ceased? We did one three years ago with a company that picked us up from our hotel and we can't remember what day of the week it was on. We are planning to come out in April for a week Tues to Tues and would love to do the walk again but if the walks are on a Tuesday then obviously we would miss out. Any info on this would be a great help to us. Thanks in anticipation guys.

  • Yes, Hans still does the Thursday Masca walk from Los G.  Taxi there - boat back.  I believe he may also do this on Mondays now.  Pick up a leaflet at the bus stop in Los G (by the tennis courts) or elsewhere in town, as he does other nice walks every day of the week.  His telephone number is 922 86 21 87 or 616 646 407

  • The company which runs the Nashira Uno and the Gladiator boats do guided walks on Tues, Thurs and Sat

The cost is Euros 38.  This includes being picked up by bus from your hotel, a guided walk plus the boat trip back to Los Gigantes marina.  You need to take drinks and a packed lunch.
