Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help? We are in Tenerife tomorrow and are planning to get the bus from Tenerife South airport.

I've read loads about the TITSA bus service Bonobus saver tickets, but can not find anything about the actual cost? No matter where I search, there is not one example of the actual cost.

Does anyone know?

There will be four of us and I believe we can get a 50% discount with a Bonubus saver. But how much is the actual cost?

Any help would be much appreciated...

You can buy a "bono" Ticket at the airport, ask at the info desk, you only need one between the 4 of you and they cost ?12.00.  You'll save this on your first journey from the airport to Los G.

The bus will be outside the airport and will take you yo either Los Cristainos or Playa de las Americas.  Then get the no. 477 bus from there to Los G.  Total journey time will be about 1hr.

It sounds cheap, but what a palaver!!!!!

Standing in Los C or PDLA with my luggage waiting for a bus does not appeal to me.

There must be a better way ;)

Can anyone help me with getting a bus from LG to the Airport?  I need to be back at the airport for around 7pm on the 31st August? can anyone advise me the best way to do this?

I would get a taxi but as I will be on my own it may be a lot cheaper to use the bus.  Cheers

477 Los Gigantes to Playa de las Americas the 111 from PDLA to the airport, if timings are right about 1 hour to the airport

The 477 is a weekday only bus service, the 473 runs during the week and at weekends, but is a slower journey.

It is a minumum of one hour to Los C or Las Americas, more often 90 minutes, fare is about 3 Euros with Bono.

You then have the wait for a connecting bus to the Airport, plus the journey time.  Fare probably much the same.

Therefore, which ever way around, the Airport to here is likely to take the best part of 3 hours to do, maybe 2 and a good bit if your connections work out.

4 people travelling just from Los C or PDLA to Los Gigs will use up a 12 Euro bono card, so 4 people doing the entire journey will need 2 bono cards to be on the safe side.

Taxi fare circa 50E

Hi,
Why don't you use Elmar Services? You can book them over the internet and they will pick you up at the airport and then they'll drop at your hotel or apartment and then they'll drop you back to the airport from where they dropped you off for a round trip fare of ?30 each. their web address is www.elmarservices.com
