Probably favourite Nikki to ask someone who is going to UK for Christmas to bring you one back.

For English version Scrabble boards, it is best to have one brought from the UK.  They can be purchased at Argos or woolies for about 'a316.00. Not much when you consider the fun you can have.!!
By the way for anyone who is interested or went to the Fun night last night at the chicken shack, it was a total sellout with standing room only.  The Scrabble was fun, the winner being Sandra Bennett, ( Kitchens by Design )  Well done Sandra.  Also the Buffet laid on was brilliant, ( probably the best private buffet seen for a long time).  Everyone enjoyed it and were stuffed.
My many thanks to all who attended, as all the money raised was for ASOCIACION SAN FRANCISCO DE LOS ANIMALES.
Lets do another one next year !   THANK YOU.   JB

Congratulatins to sandra ! I always knew you could string a few a letters together, well done.

Thanks for the info JB, I HOPEFULLY, will get off the rock for christmas and bring a board back from the UK.

Ciao for now

ebay could be an easy option for anyone not able to buy one from the UK, many sellers are prepared to post worldwide

Once Again we thank all involved, players, donators & buffets eaters.  The night was a great success, and we raised 1488.00 euros for the animals.  Each and every one of them thank all who helped towards the night. Well done.

Hi

We are coming over at christmas for 3 weeks.

My daughter absolutely loves animals and I think she may get a little bored whilst we are there.

Does the Asoc. San Francisco de los Animales give the opportunity for volounteer work.

She absolutely adores animals and is not adverse to a bit of hard work. she is a very caring person and as I write this, she is currently doing a sponsored silence for the BBC Children in Need appeal, which, if you knew my daughter, is harder than doing the Masca walk.

If she can be of any help, please let me know who to contact.

Many thanks

Elroddis,  For your daughter, try Judith Noble, who runs our Asociacion.   She always has lots of dogs that need attention and work.  She lives up in the hills but may welcome a helping hand.   Her number locally is 922 864102.
If not, she can always come walking with us up in the forest, we have two dogs & they love kids.  ( Our grandkids love coming here from uk to be with them).  Maybe with us too.

Hi JB
Thank you for that, we will give her a call.

I'm sure your grandchildren love to see you as much as the dogs  ;D

Maybe catch up with you as well.  We are staying at Hibisco 3

Your Welcome,  We are here all over Xmas period, ( our grandchildren are not ) so feel free to contact me.

elroddis

Hi JB

You will probably see us around anyway - we tend to go the Bamboo bar or Domingos and our daughter will be the one doing the cha cha slide at every opportunity to the Mavericks "I want to dance the night away" with her Nanna.

Feel free to introduce yourselves

Many thanks
