  • Is it really quiet in early March or still worth visiting.  We have only been for Christmas/New Year when there is plenty going on.  Cannot be there for the carnival on the 17th.  Thanks

  • From December to April we can expect occasional rain, wind or even a big storm which has us all mopping up. But generally the sun shines and during these months on a sunny day you can sunbathe on the beach or in one of the lido's.  Like planning to go anywhere else in the world you have to take a chance on the weather, but you do have a much better chance of getting good weather here in Los Gigantes.

The winter months attract a lot of "swallows" (retired people who spend the winter months here).  They generally stay until Easter so in March they are still around.

There is always something going on, from a quiet meal out or an evening dancing to a live rock band, there is something to suit everyone, and you can check it all out in advance on our "What's on locally page" http://www.losgigantes.com/evenings.htm

Do book, you will enjoy.  Los gigantes is worth visiting at any time of the year.
