How far is it from LG

    Cost of taxi

Cost/Time on the bus from LG

Shopping or restaurants worth a visit.

  • We visited the beach at Costa Adeje last year, and will not be in a hurry to return. We were continually hassled by people trying to sell drinks, fruit and even massages! The cost of the sun-beds was higher than than any other  local beach, as was the parking in the multi-story car-park. (I realise that Pabladoluvit wants to go by bus or taxi so wouldn't have this problem) The restaurants and shops were also, in my opinion, expensive, certainly in comparison to LG and Play la Arena where we usually go. I think  it aims at the more upmarket holiday-maker. (Obviously we don't fall into that category!) :(
If you go to the Information office in Playa la Arena or Playa San Juan, they are very helpful in getting info such as bus times, etc. There may be an information office in LG but can't think where at the moment. Oh, just thought - is it by the bus stop near Tipsy Terrace?

It's in a shed in the middle of the island at the junction down by the Tucan Restaurant, up from the harbour.  Haven't seen it open recently though.  Bus timetables should be on the Titsa web site.  Are we talking about the beach in front of El Duce, or further along towards Las Americas?  The beach at El Duce is very clean and there is a car park (underground) at the end of the road heading to the beach from the circle with all the designer shops.  Very clean (free) loos in the car park.

  • You can get a bus from outside the sports centre that stops in Adeje. It terminates in LC
