Hi all, has anyone got any strong recommendations for airport transfers and the costs involved?

It has been 12 months since we were last out at LG due to work and moving house and previously we have used Sun and El Marr (think that's how its spelt) but wondered if anyone could come up with any other suggestions.

From memory I think we paid around 50-60 euros return and was curios to what the service and prices are like at the moment. We are coming out in May so the exchange rate may be a little more favourable then  :)

Thanks
Lee.

  • El Mar still the best. I use them all the time. I think they charge 32 each way, something like that. And you can book online.

  • Yes they charge about ?60 return for two people but beware, they charge the same for one person which I can understand if you had the bus to yourself but having travelled alone many times I've yet to experience that!

  • I have used Ronald Bauer's company Sun Holidays many times. He's reliable, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and charges 28 Euros one way to/from the airport how ever many are in a party. I've never paid for a return though as I'm usually lucky enough to have a lift when I return to the UK.

His email address is info@sunholidays24.com or telephone 0034 922 864106.

  • www.resorthoppa.com seems competitive and better value (cheaper) then all here.

  • There is no set fare for resorthoppa.com

You have to insert your dates, times of arrival, departure etc. This makes the price flexible and like airline tickets - not all pay the same.

So 21? and I have presumed return is possible. I tried (on random dates) and it was 25.90? return. You can also pay in pounds.

The cheaper and better value the transport to get to the area is, enhances it in these times - does it not?
