  • Who flies to Tenerife now? I have checked out:

    Monarch

    Ryanair
    Thomascook
    Thomsons
    Jet2

Have I missed any?!! Looking for the cheapest for this week, so far Thomas Cook looking good.

  • Ooohh, forgot about them!!! Last time I tried to book online with them you had to do a return or ring them, so hopefully that has changed, will check them out.

    cheers :)

    Update:

My Travel are Thomas Cook now and the flights coming up were Thomas Cook ones but more expensive than the FlyThomasCook website ones, for the same flight!!

I also use B'ham or EM - Ryanair seem to be the best deals if you can track a low cost seat.
I managed to bag a return flight in Jan/Feb 2010 for nil out and nil back.  Obviously you do pay for baggage, credit charges and airport tax etc but nontheless Ryanair won't be making a whole load of money from the Losgiganteskid !!

  • I wonder if this includes Brown's ever increasing Airport Passenger Duty Tax (goes up again in November 2009).

Last time it increased, people were being charged at the Airport.

Countries such as Holland have abolished this type of tax to encourage economic growth. As the UK can not
even produce a Television Set I suppose there is no need to encourage anything...
