Indeed. Sebastian has as much right to comment as anybody, but I would prefer to see some specific constructive criticism ie, what could be done to improve things as far as he is concerned, rather that just vitriolic attacks on everything as is. It takes a brave person to open and run a bar/restaurant/entertainment establishment these days. If you do, and manage to find a reasonably successful formula the the temptation is to do more of the same. After all, if it aint broke, dont fix it!
Unfortunately this does lead to accusations of being stuck in a time warp, but the fact remains that people who do return year after year do so because they enjoyed what was on offer and are dissapointed if they come back and do not get more of the same!
