  • Seasons greeting to you too Teddy Bear and to all our contributors throught the year.

Yours truely is having a well earned break so dont take your computer to CBC between Christmas and New Year 'b4cos we'll be shut.

After the New year you wont see so much of me in the office up there in Varadero in the Mornings as I'm switching to afternoons (other fish to fry), but the lovely Sheila will be there from 10am on the 2nd Jan.

I will however be checking the forum from home before all you circling "spam" sharks get ready to "bite" LOLOL!

Dont forget to watch the photo section for events happening in Los Gigs over the holidays, and please feel free to upload your own holiday snaps

    MERRY XMAS EVERYONE

  • What a great pity that not everyone is prepared to enter into the spirit of Christmas.

ldblquote Seven monks were injured yesterday as rival groups armed with crowbars, sledgehammers and fire extinguishers fought for control of a rebel monastery on Mount Athos, the self-governing peninsula in northern Greece where women are forbidden from entering.

The injured were transported by boat off the peninsula. One monk
was treated for serious head injuries, two received minor bruises and a fourth had respiratory problems after a fire extinguisher was emptied in his face, local hospital sources said. Three monks were banned from re-entering the sanctuary.dblquote

Happy Christmas Gigi and you too Edward and all message board members.

  • Someone has entered into the spirit of Christmas quite literally! Anyone seen the drunk Santa that has been wobbling around the local area for the last few weeks. This morning he fell asleep at the bus stop, sneezed and blew his beard off thus frightening several small children walking by.!
