Well Seb, todayquote s the day. It will be a close match  but Liverpool need have  no fear of Italian  strikers. On the contrary, they appear to have given Liverpool a distinct  advantage.

ldblquote Reports from Italy are suggesting that AC Milan fans are having trouble leaving the country because airline Al Italia is on strike.dblquote

Hi Seb,
As I saw it owing to the ineficiency of two of the four officials the red team were robbed. There was no need for extra time the red team won on merit.
Having said that if it was proper football match with an oval ball and not soccer there would have been a video official and the right result would never have been in doubt.
As for the game itself it was rather dull and uninteresting and neither side really deserved to win.

Firstly I am definitely NOT a Liverpool supporter(Leaving myself wide open, I support Crewe Alexandra) I was at my daughters when the match was on and asked her if we could have the game on with the sound down. Without being able to listen to the biased commentary I thought the Reds were harshly done by on numerous occasions. However I agree totally with Edward Bear's comments regarding the oval ball.
