  • We are due out again shortly and was wondering if anyone had tried this restaurant before either for Lunch or Dinner.

This is a fish restaurant and I was wondering if they served meat also.

Do you need to book in advance and do they have a web site

  • They do meat dishes but known for it's very good fish, notably baked Cod, herb crusted Hake and especially Fisherman's Pie ( order 24hrs in advance ). Can be a bit chilly on the terrace, more so if it's windy, but they do provide wraps!! We go every time we are in LG and have never been disappointed.

  • You do not need to book, in the last six weeks I have never seen it more than 40% full.

  • the fishermans inn is excellent, we have never had a bad meal there.  they do meat and chicken. a limited menu as everything is freshly cooked on the premises - small kitchen.  you do have to pre order fish pie.
you need to book in the summer months, in the winter probably not. majority of the tables are outside, great views, but cool to sit out all evening in the winter which is why they are not as busy as the summer.

  •    I agree the Fishermans Inn is well above average for the area, good staff, you wait a while for your food, but it is freshly cooked, even the wine list is good.
