  • It's still called El Dique and it's next to Harbour Lights (towards the boatyard end of the marina)

  • I wondered if that was the place - we ate there last week and it was really good.  Very reasonably priced dorada with fresh vegetables.  Will definitely go back.

  • Does anyone know where Mario, the previous chef/owner of El Dique is?
It is a great shame that it closed down, but good luck to the new people.

  • The restaurant at San Fran sports club is called Azafran - very, very good and well run.  Excellen paella to order as well as suckling pig and cod baked in salt.

  • Nothing to do with The Fish Shack...it's still called El Dique & the best fish I have tasted, for not a lotta money.
Personally I'm not a fish person, but partner is N he says it's damn good,I had the chicken,as I didn't know what the fish would be like (I'll try it next time)caters for all tastes.
    give it a try you won't be disappointed,well that's my opinion... :P
