Lots of notices went out inviting previous entertainers to contact the new owner if they were willing to continue playing - can only assume they either didn?t make contact or didn?t want to play  :-\\ :-\\

Edward,  I was not at the Clubhouse last Friday although I do know it was a packed house.  I did meet 2 gentlemen from the Folk Group on the Wednesday evening and they told me they were playing.  There was no mention of them being called Gaffers, Stragglers or anything else - just we are the Folk Group and as I don?t live in the Los Gigantes area I have no previous knowledge of them or their music.  I have been told by the new owner, however, that I would love what they do so have already booked my table for the 28th. :)

And I have modified the notice above but perhaps you can confirm what they are called.

There has been a bit of confusion and I confirm that 5 piece  Rock Band "Phoenix" (formerly It's Immaterial) will be playing at The Clubhouse from 8:30pm on Sunday 30th Jan

Great rock music from Garry Moor to Pink Floyd ,bring your dancing sheos.

The kitchen must have done over 50 meals on Friday night and every plate returned clean.
A good night was had by all.

It was an excellent night, thoroughly enjoyed the folk group and the food was lovely - bit slow in arriving, but as you say lots of people were eating, but they have now taken on another member of staff so should help the situation.
