Duplex spacious villa in Los Gigantes with spectacular views of the cliffs on the prestigious El Marques, RCI Gold Crown complex. This site is maintained to the highest standards. Facilities include heated swimming pool, children's pool with life guard, tennis courts, bowling green, plus full restaurant and bar services, providing meals and drinks all day.

Facilities

Kitchen: Full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, kettle, toaster







Dining room: large dining table, 6 dining chairs, extra cupboards.








Lounge: 2 sofas, 1 easy chair, 1 large coffee table, 1 occasional table and one 32 inch satellite TV, DVD and WIFI connection, 1 large stand with cupboard. All furniture is black lacquered cane.






Master bedroom: 1 king size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, ample wardrobes and cupboards, 1 dressing table, 1 safe deposit box. Bed linen and towels are provided, including blue towels for pool use. En suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet, toilet.





Second bedroom: Twin beds, dressing table, 1 bedside cabinet, wardrobe and cupboards.

Bathroom: adjoining second bedroom with bath and shower, washbasin and toilet.




Two patios: 2 tables, (1 dining size), chairs, sun canopy, sun loungers and mattresses.

This beautiful villa is highly recommended by previous clients. It will be cleaned and checked before your arrival. Bed linen and towels will be provided. A full clean including a change of bed linen and towels is provided at the end of each week. Cots and high chairs can be provided.

El Marques complex

This complex is located on the border between Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago. It is a high quality complex with beautiful gardens and many facilities and meets all the Spanish government fire regulations.

There is an attractive restaurant/bar serving all day breakfasts, snacks, dinner plus entertainment most evenings. Full or half board can be arranged with reception, if required.

There is a large sunbathing area plus heated swimming pool/children's pool with a life guard on duty. A second, quieter sun bathing area can be found on the roof.

The reception staff are both multilingual and very helpful. There is a large, well-stocked library for use by clients. A hair/nail salon is available on site five days a week and also a therapy masseur can be arranged by appointment.

Two tennis courts and a bowling green are adjacent to the reception area.

Competitive airport transfers can be arranged.

There is plentiful street parking.

The complex is five minutes walk from the busy Puerto de Santiago commercial centre with shops, restaurants and bars, and 5 minutes walk to the high class Los Gigantes shops and restaurants and about fifteen minutes walk to the marina and beach.

There is a well stocked supermarket beside the complex.

It is a short walk from the bus stop. There is a regular bus service to Los Cristianos and to most of the other parts of the island.

Los Gigantes marina, with its stunning view of the cliffs and many restaurants, offers water sports and whale/dolphin trips.

Los Gigantes has a superb all year round climate, many golf courses are within thirty minutes travel, and there are many opportunities for walking and sightseeing.
